Return & Refund Policy – Uzi’s Tees

Thank you for shopping at Uzi’s Tees. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

  • Gift cards


2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged products

To request an exchange, please contact us before sending any item back.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake was ours (wrong item, defective product, etc.).


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
